We would like to inform you of the new policies that will take effect as of October 1 2023 with the objective of reducing delays in outstanding payments.
The changes are summarized as follows:
- A Grace Period of five (5) days after due date is granted before additional charges are applied.
- Five percent (5%) surcharge on the total unpaid bill after the grace period.
- Cumulative monthly surcharge of five percent (5%) on outstanding balances more than thirty (30) days overdue.
- In cases of over ninety (90) days past due, we have and reserve the right to refer the collection to a specialized company. This will imply that the administrative costs for collection management will be added to the outstanding balance to be paid.
- Immediate suspension of domain names upon expiration.
- Suspension of hosting and VoIP after five (5) days of grace.
These measures are intended to ensure timely payment of our invoices, reduce late payments and maintain the sustainability of our business.
